Our Culture
Leadership Training:
We value our Leads and Managers. June of 2021 we took a 24hr trip to Ivins to experience the customer service at one of the best spas in the United States. During our stay staff was treated to training by D. Sanchez, therapist to the stars, they learned about personalities and how they affect the work place and interactions with clients, and we got to bond and spend time together.
Employees of the Month Quarterly Lunch & Bonuses:
Each month the different departments vote on their pick for employee of the month. This Employee is highlighted in our lobby the entire month and then quarterly these employees are treated to lunch and a little bonus check.
Monthly Trainings:
Each month we have a training for the entire staff. Continuing education is crucial in our field and so we make sure we are taking the time to keep everyone current with the trends and brushing up on skills to provided better service. We begin with a lunch and break off into departments for specialized training.
Spa Conferences with staff:
June of 2021 we took 2 of our Service Specialist Managers and our Training Therapist to the Rocky Mountain Spa & Wellness Association Conference held at the Cliff Lodge. We spent the evening before receiving treatments at a local spa to experience their services and then spent the night at the Cliff Lodge ahead of the conference. In October 2021 we took 5 staff members to Colorado for the Rocky Mountain Spa & Wellness Association Conference. In December 2021 we took 6 staff members to St.Regis Deer Valley for a Medical Laser Conference. January 2022 we took 6 staff members to Vegas for a Medical Aesthetics corporate training. It was fun being able to spend time together learning more about each other and the spa industry. ALWAYS LEARNING!
Holiday Celebrations:
During Halloween we always close the spa down early to have a dinner and have fun with our spouses and significant others. Last year we had an 80’s themed bowling/arcade party and the previous two years we did Murder Mystery parties.
Each December we have Ugly sweater parties and gift exchanges.
The last two summers during 4th of July week, we BBQ’d at the lake with our families, and played on boats and jet skis.
Goals Accomplished:
We are a team, we work hard and then we play hard. Last year on July 1st we closed the spa for the entire day to go play at LAGOON with paid time off!!! That’s right, cause this whole entire team accomplished our goals. We also closed completely July 3rd to spend Independence Day weekend with our families!
