“Big thanks to @summitspaandfloat for helping me out today with some recovery. ( Cupping, Compression, and Float therapy. ) After hurting my back seat bouncing a jump in practice Wednesday. I was only able to ride a few laps of each practice session with the pain. So got a shot and some KT tape from Alpinestars Medic Crew and fought though the pain during the races. No where near where we should have been. Getting healed up so I can come back stronger this Sunday!

I am a mental health therapist, and I had the opportunity to try out the float pods recently. Really cool! I love the overall feel of the place, and the float pod was a unique, relaxing, and enjoyable experience! I highly recommend trying a float for anyone who wants to relax and get away from the noise of the world. Katrina was super helpful and knowledgeable as well. Great Experience!
I just finished my 4th cellu-sculpt appointment with Sam. I was skeptical at first (Were the results from diet and exercise or from the treatments?) but am a believer now! I’ve had 4 treatments so far, one a week. Without changing my diet or exercising and being under a larger than normal amount of stress, I have lost over 8” on my arms, stomach, and thighs. I have also had massages from both Sam and Katrina. Both were AMAZING! They were both so attentive to my needs and preferences. I leave every time feeling rejuvenated.
