Detailed Bodywork

$Varies By Service

Full body detailed work requires a longer appointment length. Please schedule 90-120min. if you are wanting a full body massage. A 60min. treatment will only allow me time to work 2-3 areas in detail. If you choose an appointment with a scrub this does not change the length of appointment, rather we will spend the last 10min. of the scheduled time finishing with a quick body scrub.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Post Op Treatment

$Varies By Service

One time appointments can be made and are beneficial for anyone wanting to experience lymphatic drainage. This is a slow, light pressure treatment that is designed to increase lymphatic flow and reduce edema (swelling). Individuals wishing to see a significant decrease in Lymphedema or post op recovery should consider a packages series and come regularly. MLD Face cupping is also available a can be done the day after surgery to reduce facial swelling & sinus problems.

Emotion Code

30-45 min. Session

Emotion Code is a therapy that allows us to tap into the sub-conscious mind and release negative emotions that can affect your body both physically and mentally. "Using muscle testing, we quickly identify and release hidden trapped emotions, which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events." *100.95 is first time and member pricing only

What to expect?

Can I always schedule with Katrina?

Katrina is only temporarily taking new clients at the Eagle Mountain location. Aside from doing massage a few days a week she is also a crucial part of the day to day operations that most people don't even know about. As the spa continues to grow her time with clients is limited. All new clients at the Eagle Mountain location will eventually be taken over by other therapists so she can continue to work on her long time current clients and maintain spa operations.

How often should I get a massage?

I recommend a minimum of 2hr of bodywork each month for maintenance. If you have extenuating circumstances you may need more bodywork until you can move into maintenance mode. If you are post op and need lymphatic work you'll want to come in 10-15 times within the first month after surgery.

Do I need to pre-book?

Absolutely. Katrina is booked about 2 months out regularly. You'll want to schedule at least 3-4 treatments out each time you are in to maintain treatments with her otherwise you'll need to make arrangements with another therapist in our office.

What Katrina's Clients Have to Say

Colby J.

“I get regular massages from Katrina. She is really good at loosening and relaxing the muscles. I was having really bad bicep tendonitis, Katrina recommended I do the Cupping Massage which REALLY helped with my tendonitis. Definitely a 5 star service!”

Skyler Howes

“I did the Float tank, massage and cupping and feel like a new person. It was so nice to go in to relax and clear the mind and recover the body. The staff is really nice and personable, 10/10. Feeling recovered and ready! Thank you for tuning me up!” -Skyler Howes
