Massage Therapist

Crystal graduated as a massage therapist from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2011. She specializes in detailed deep tissue, Swedish massage and cranial sacral therapy. Her first powerful experience with massage happened as a child around the age of 7 when she had a skiing accident and received therapy to recover.

Massage has so many benefits for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.  Pain relief from headaches and sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity and improved circulation.  I became a massage therapist because I love helping other and I believe that intention and personalization of massage is so important.”
